Synopsis:    Trouble is brewing once again in Coventry. Mayor Derek Osbourne is in debt to local mobster Ray Carlton, who in turn wants permission to push through plans for a casino on the site of one of Coventry’s ancient municipal parks. Carlton wants parades, carnival floats and razzamatazz, and it’s up to the mayor and his idiotic sidekick, Vincent Dengler, to make the arrangements. The mayor’s American ex-wife and chief antagonist, Catherine, mother to their teenage son, Andrew, is having none of it however, as she battles to protect a historical site in a land she has come to call home. But they have not reckoned with the ambitions of Ray Carlton, who will stop at nothing to realize his diabolical dream. Unbeknowst to them all, Ray has crossed the Atlantic to deal the world’s richest casino managers into the game. Far more powerful than even the Las Vegas Mob, Ray Carlton has contracted with Indians from Wisconsin Oquassa Tribe to manage his new ‘Sin City’ and nothing is going to stop him. Enter ex-hippy and recently fired teacher, Alan Jenkins, a ‘Rebel Without a Cause’ and at 45 a rather old one at that. He joins forces with Catherine Osbourne, her thirteen-year-old son Andrew , and the rest of Coventry’s ‘Little Englanders’ as they evoke the spirit of Coventry’s greatest heroine, Lady Godiva, who will once again ride into history during her city’s most desperate hour of need.
